Shipping policy

It is very rare for us to be "Out of Stock" on any of the items listed on our website. However, please allow up to a week for order processing. All products are custom made and we do not produce inventory in advance. We strive to provide products of the highest quality using this approach. (We will contact you if there will be any delay with your order).

Shipping times 
The following is a basic guideline to our standard shipping timetable:
Orders placed on any business day will be shipped within 6 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 3-6 business days.

Please note: The delivery times noted above are approximations. They are not meant to guarantee arrival time of your packages, but to use as a guide. You will be provided a tracking number.
 

Shipping address 
All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. In the event that packages are returned to us due to insufficient address, you will be contacted for clarification of the shipping address and the order will be subject to additional shipping charges if applicable.

When filling out your address information, please be as complete as possible. DO NOT use abbreviations. Please also do not use dashes or spaces if your address does not require them. If you have any concerns about your address once you’ve submitted your order, please send us an e-mail or give us a call as soon as you can so that we can make sure that it is corrected by the time the package is ready to be shipped.

Please be aware that we require a valid recipient phone number to be listed on the shipping label in order for the carrier to contact you in case there are delivery problems. The US Postal service does provide a Tracking Number, should there be any issues with delivery.
